Coronado Springs provides 332 apartment homes affordable to families earning between 50% and 60% of the Area Median Income. Originally built in 1966, the property comprises 183 units in a 9-story tower and 149 units in one-story cottages. Property amenities include a fitness center, laundry facilities, children’s playground, and a lake with walking trails and picnic areas for residents’ use. BRIDGE acquired Coronado Springs in July 2016 and plans to rehab the property ensuring the development continues to perform as high-quality affordable housing in the coming decades.
