1101 Connecticut will consist of 72 units of affordable housing in San Francisco's Potrero Hill neighborhood.

1101 Connecticut is a 72-unit affordable housing development that represents the first vertical construction phase of the HOPE SF Potrero master plan. Consisting of studio, one, two, and three bedrooms, 53 of the units will be reserved for existing Potrero public housing residents, 18 of the units will be set aside for low-income households not currently residing at Potrero Annex/Terrace and one unit will be reserved for the on-site manager. Planned amenities include a large community room, laundry facilities, services/management offices, bike parking and a courtyard. The project will be pursuing a LEED Gold certification.

1101 Connecticut will be accepting applications from October 2, 2018 to October 23, 2018. Applications and more information are available on DAHLIA San Francisco Housing Portal.
