BRIDGE Promotes Brad Wiblin to EVP

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, June 5, 2018---BRIDGE Senior Vice President Brad Wiblin has been promoted to Executive Vice President, effective immediately.

Mr. Wiblin joined BRIDGE in 1994 and, as a Project Manager, completed the development of more than 2,000 units of affordable housing in San Jose, Irvine, Carlsbad, San Marcos and San Diego. In 1998, he was promoted to Director and opened BRIDGE’s San Diego office, establishing a solid foundation for BRIDGE’s expanded presence in Southern California. Since 2008, he has headed the company’s Business Development team, which sources and acts on development and acquisition opportunities and positions BRIDGE to enter new markets.

“Brad’s development acumen and leadership have been instrumental to BRIDGE’s growth,” said Cynthia Parker, President & CEO. “Most recently, he helped establish our presence in Portland and Seattle, including key roles in the Abigail, RiverPlace and North Williams developments in Portland and Tressa and Coronado Springs acquisitions in Seattle.”

Prior to BRIDGE, Mr. Wiblin was a land planner and urban designer working on residential and mixed-use communities. He is an associate member of the Urban Land Institute, on the Board of Lambda Alpha International and an advisor to UC Berkeley teams that participate in the Bank of America Affordable Housing Challenge. He has a B.S. in Design from Arizona State University and a Master’s in City Planning from UC Berkeley.
