Learning About BRIDGE

Coggins Square Apartments

Resident & Community Services

MONTEVISTA'S AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM

Since its inception, BRIDGE has believed that an apartment with an affordable rent should be a stepping stone for family advancement. That's why we integrate housing with services that give our residents more opportunities to increase their education, build skills for better jobs, and plan for homeownership.

BRIDGE often partners with leading service providers to identify and deliver appropriate programs.  By establishing valuable partnerships with local agencies, we can provide resources that are most important to our residents, including English as a Second Language classes, homebuyer workshops, credit counseling and financial management classes, computer skills, and after-school programs and homework clubs.

Among the variety of ways we support our residents, and often the surrounding community, are:

  • Built-in resident services such as child care, computer centers, learning programs, and homeownership education
  • Community services and facilities: senior programs, parks and libraries, for example
  • Scholarships through the Alan and Ruth Stein Educational Assistance Program
