Irvington Terrace Irvington Terrace is the affordable rental component of the city of Fremont’s most ambitious mixed-income community to date. The development is part of the 8.6-acre Irvington Village Masterplan, and provides 100 affordable family apartments, commercial space and attractive community courtyards. To view more information on Irvington, please click here. | Arroyo Point Apartments Completed in 2007, Arroyo Point Apartments provide 70 affordable family apartments at rents affordable to households earning 60% of median income or below. Approximately 40% of the units in the project are three-bedroom units to serve large families. BRIDGE acquired the site with the financial assistance of the city of Santa Rosa. Dove Canyon provides rental apartments for 120 local working families. Working with the master developer, BRIDGE structured the land costs, infrastructure financing and site plan, keeping costs of the affordable component as low as possible. Dove Canyon was completed in 2004. This development will bring badly needed affordable apartments and first-time homeownership opportunities to the distressed Bayview/Hunters Point district of San Francisco. This mixed-use development will consist of 124 below-market-rate townhouses for low-income families (earning 80% or below of the Area Median Income) and 132 apartments affordable to extremely-low-income seniors.
