BRIDGE Property Management is seeking a Leasing Agent for an affordable housing development in San Jose. The position reports to Resident Manager and is responsible for leasing and administrative support. Candidate must have outstanding inter-personal skills and be able to work independently.

Primary Responsibilities

• Advertising vacancies in low-income and market rate apartments
• Fielding phone calls regarding vacancies
• Showing apartments
• Processing applications.

Requirements

• Strong sales skills
• Proven ability to work with diverse individuals
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Good communication ability
• Excellent organizational skills

Desired Qualifications

• Spanish Speaking a plus
• Background in residential housing is a plus
• Knowledge of CA Tenant /Landlord law & Fair Housing laws
