Jacques Pelham

Policy Analyst Jacques Pelham is the I. Donald Terner Resident for the 2008-2010 term. He is focusing on state and national housing policy research, and is working to move BRIDGE forward in the field of housing policy.

Jacques originally comes from Reno, NV where he received his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from the University of Nevada-Reno. He also worked as a staff intern to a Nevada state legislator. Jacques has spent the last few years in Washington, DC earning his J.D. from the George Washington University School of Law and working as a student lawyer in the DC civil court system on landlord-tenant litigation.
