BRIDGE and the Institute on Aging are working together to develop The Coronet, a new mixed-use senior living facility. The first floor and half of the second floor will house the Institute on Aging's state-of-the-art senior-services facility. Above that, 150 affordable apartments for independent seniors will be built. The aggregation of knowledgeable staff, service resources, and senior citizens in a central location will enrich the community at large as well as the lives of those living in the facility's apartments. The easy access to health and other services allow residents to age in place and continue living independently.
