The application acceptance period for the 20 Project Based Section 8 apartments at Ironhorse has ended.

Applications are still available for the 79 affordable one, two and three bedroom below market rate apartments. Details regarding these apartments, rents, and income limits can be found on the cover letter attached to the application.

To obtain an application:

Our leasing staff is available to assist you Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We are closed to the public on Wednesdays.
